29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard: a) 4290 Alatex Road (Plant 2); On or about July 23, 2014 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to slip, trip, and fall hazards and potential struck-by hazards in that employees and forklift operators were permitted to use an aisle way (located near AREMA #3) with an uneven surface.
