29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): This provision is applicable to agricultural employment by 1928.21. 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Worksite located at 12723 V Road, Shelby, NE and throughout the company: The employer did not develop and maintain a written hazard communication program. The employer uses a number of chemicals such as but not limited to motor oil, petroleum based lubricants, and sanitation chemicals. Abatement certification is required for this violation. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citations.
