29 CFR 1910.303(e)(1)(ii): Electrical equipment was used when the markings giving voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as necessary were missing. On or about June 3, 2014 and at times prior thereto, at Ken's Discount Building Materials located at 1200 North West Avenue in El Dorado, Arkansas, where employees were loading building materials into customer's vehicles, electrical panels were not labeled with voltage, wattage, amperage, or other ratings in the following instances: a) Between bays 1 and 2 of the lumber storage building b) The east end of the molding storage building
