29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(iv)(B): Before circuits or equipment was worked as deenergized, a qualified person did not use test equipment to test the electrical parts of equipment to which employees would be exposed. 1) 765 US 202 N, Bridgewater NJ The employer did not ensure the 24kV electrical snubber was deenergized prior to the employee working by using test equipment, resulting in the employee receiving an electrical shock and burns by coming into contact with energized parts. Occurred on or about November 23, 2014.
