29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1): The employer failed to deenergize live parts to which an employee may be exposed before the employee works on or near them, 1) 765 US 202 N, Bridgewater NJ The employer did not ensure that an 24kV electrical snubber was deenergized prior to an employee working on, or in it, resulting in the employee receiving an electrical shock and burns when he came into contact with energized parts. Occurred on or about November 23, 2014.
