29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. On or about October 30, 2013, at 1458 Mill Pointe Court, Lawrenceville, Georgia: An employee performing brick masonry work from a tubular welded frame scaffold was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15-feet when the work platform did not have guard rails and end rails installed.
