29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) On or about September 24, 2013-Job site at 130-45 180 th Street Jamaica, NY 11434 Employer permitted employees to use hazardous chemicals such as BTC2125M-80% , Sodium Xylenesulfonate 40%, Lipidase C, Propylene Glycol Industrial Grade, Sodium Nitrate, AP 800S ; sensitizers such as Savinase, and Lipolase as well as DIETHYLENE GLYCOL MONOBUTYL ETHER (GLYCOL ETHERS CATEGORY), Sulfuric Acid 93%, Nitric Acid 67%, Oxalic Acid, Sodium Hydroxide without hazard communication training. WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
