29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee was not protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. a) 840 - 842 Christian Street - Employees removing stucco from a tubular welded frame scaffold were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately twelve (12) to twenty-six (26) feet without the use of a personal fall arrest system or guardrail systems. Observed on or about September 05, 2013. Penn Stucco, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1)(vii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 448073, citation number 1, item number 4a and was affirmed as a final order on 10/10/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1824 Christian Street, Philadelphia, PA.
