29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates, mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: a)840 - 842 Christian Street - Employees removing stucco were exposed to a collapse hazard as the tubular welded frame scaffold did not bare on adequate firm foundation. The tubular welded frame scaffold was erected on a sloped metal roof with blocks of wood for leveling. On or about September 05, 2013. Penn Stucco, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(c)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 448073, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on 10/10/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1824 Christian Street, Philadelphia, PA.
