29 CFR 1926.503(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) 840 - 842 Christian Street - Employees were egressing from an approximate eleven (11) foot roof without being trained to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to follow in order to minimize these hazards thus exposed to fall from height hazards when jumping from the roof to the hood of the work truck.
