29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent and continuous. a) Construction site at 3071 Williams Road in Columbus, Georgia. A circular saw and an extension cord providing power to a portable air compressor did not have a continuous path to ground. The grounding pins of the three prong plugs were missing on both pieces of equipment.
