29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which is six feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about 07/18/13 CSHO observed two men working on and from the top of the south side wing wall, i.e. walking/working surface in excess of six feet to the ground below with no fall protection systems in place.
