29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee is fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) Oven cleaning area by loading dock, The employer did not medically evaluate employees who are required by their employer to wear a 3M half face respirator with multi-gas vapor cartridge for comfort when cleaning oven racks. Condition noted on or about 07/23/13.
