29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): The employer failed to protect employees from potential fall hazards associated with roofing a new residential home with a roof height over 10 ground to eve. The most recent example of this was found on the job site located at 15110 Sherwood Ave, Omaha, NE 68116 where the employer had employees re-roofing an existing residential home with ground eve heights over 9 and roof pitch greater than 4-12 without adequate fall protection.
