29 CFR 1910.266(f)(2)(viii): An employee other than the operator was riding a mobile vehicle without the use of a seatbelt or other protection equivalent to that provided for the operator: (a) Logging Site, Horse Pen Road: An employee was riding on the hood of a John Deere 640 cable skidder while another employee operated the skidder. The skidder was equipped with one seat and seatbelt for the operator, and was not designed for a passenger, as determined on July 9, 2013.
