29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: a. The Enclave at Short Hills - 2 Short Hills Avenue, Short Hills, NJ - Building 7, Lot 22 Employees engaged in residential framing activities used the top step of an A-frame stepladder to perform their work. Violation occurred on or about June 27, 2013 All-tech Carpentry Contractors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR�1926.1053(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311447643, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on September 15, 2008, with respect to a workplace located at 4 Buckingham Dr., Manalapan , NJ 07726.
