29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii). (a) Location - 214 Oakland Avenue, Methuen, MA: On or about 6/20/13, employees exposed to falls had not been trained as required. Family Roofers and Painters, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311587752, citation number 1, item number 3c and was affirmed as a final order on 2/18/2009, with respect to a workplace located at Hooksett St., Seabrook, NH.
