29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. (a) Location - 214 Oakland Avenue, Methuen, MA: On or about 6/20/13, employees were exposed to falls while working on a ladder jack scaffold without fall protection. Family Roofers and Painters, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311587752, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/18/2009, with respect to a workplace located at Hooksett St., Seabrook, NH.
