29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about June 19, 2013, the employer did not ensure flexible cords for the light on the main shredder and cords over the doorway to the employee break room were properly connected so that proper strain relief would prevent pull on the joints or terminal screws.
