29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) On or about May 30, 2013, and at times prior, for the employees working in Building 9, the Gluten-Free Milling Room, where an extension cord was used to provide power for a printer on the Doboy Packaging Machinery Inc. bag-filling and bag-sealing machine, Model SB-MD Conveyor, Serial Number 00-22602, that was connected to a permanent power supply at Dakota Prairie Organic Flour Company located at 500 North Street West in Harvey, North Dakota.
