29 CFR 1926.452(c)(3): Frames and panels were not joined together vertically by coupling or stacking pins or equivalent means. On or about May 30, 2013, and times prior thereto, two employees were working on a scaffold platform with heights more than 10 feet from the ground that frames and panels were not joined together vertically by coupling or stacking pins or equivalent means. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 10 feet from the ground.
