29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a) Building 9 outside circuit breaker box was not labled. b) Building 63, inside circuit breaker box next to steam room, the circuit breakers were mis-labled. c) Building 10, 11, 64 including but not limited to other building circuit breaker boxes and circuit breakers were mislabled or not marked at all.
