29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): There were damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemcial action or overheating. a) Building 63 lunch room window above a metal table; there were two operating water coolers that had unmarked function buttons and broken, missing face parts exposing employees to electrical hazards, amputations hazards from rotating fan blades and laceration hazards from sharp metal edges.
