29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work on a scaffold be trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used, and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: a) Jobsite, 12th & Latona Streets: Employees were performing stucco operations from a tubular welded frame scaffold without being trained to recognize the hazards associated with this type of equipment or to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. Employees were observed working from the scaffold without fall protection, on or about 3/13/13. b) Jobsite, 12th & Latona Streets: Employees were performing stucco operations from a tubular welded frame scaffold without being trained to recognize the hazards associated with this type of equipment or to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards.
