29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee was not protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section: a) Jobsite, 12th & Latona Streets: Employees were not protected from falling by the use of a personal fall arrest system or or guardrail system while performing stucco operations from a tubular welded frame scaffold. The approximate fall distance was thiry (30) feet above ground level, observed on or about 3/13/13. b) Jobsite, 12th & Latona Streets: Employees were not protected from falling by the use of a personal fall arrest system or guardrail system while performing stucco operations from a tubular welded frame scaffold. The approximate fall distance was thirty nine (39) feet above ground level, observed on or about 4/9/13.
