29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Jobsite, 12th & Latona Streets: Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working below a tubular welded frame scaffold in use by other employees performing stucco operations, exposing the employees working below the scaffold to a potential head injury from falling trowels, mud pans, buckets and other loose equipment, observed on or about 4/9/2013.
