29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: (a) At Maui Custom Woodworking, Inc. on or about February 1, 2013 the guardrail on the deck above the woodworking area was not guarded its full length by a standard guardrail. Approximately 10 feet of the railing was missing a midrail.
