29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of every workroom was not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: a) On or about February 1, 2013, during activities such as pallets/materials storing or vending machine repair activities, employees were exposed to slip and fall hazards near a vending unit near the the front garage door bay area, due to water being present on the floor. Water from outside the facility had leaked into the facility, down the wall and onto the floor in this area.
