29 CFR 1915.152(a): The employer did not provide or ensure each affected employee with the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for the eyes, face, head, extremities, torso, and respiratory system, including protective clothing, protective barriers, personal fall protection equipment, and lifesaving equipment, meeting the applicable provisions of Subpart I, wherever employees were exposed to work activity hazards that required the use of PPE. a) Boat Ramp: Employees working from the top of the concrete formwork used by the marine travel lift were exposed to falling into the water below, and they were not provided with life jackets. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
