29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color: a) JBS USA, LLC at 800 North 8th Avenue, Greeley, CO 80631: On or about December 4, 2012, the employer did not ensure that the exit signs in the flesher machine room were illuminated. Condition exposed employee to physical hazards caused by inadequate egress including fall and burn hazards.
