29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage had to be made. Aisle(s) and passageway(s) were not kept clear and in good repair with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard: On or about October 30, 2012, the employer failed to provide sufficient safe clearances for employees manually moving heavy racks of aluminum extrusions into and out of Oven #1 and Oven #2 on the conveyor's rollers.
