29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), & (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes items (i) and (ii) of this subparagraph: a) Mid-Atlantic Realty Co., Inc., Greenville, DE - Employees were exposed to hazards such as chemical and fire hazards, as the employer did not have a written program consisting of provisions for labeling, safety data sheets and information for employees using chemicals such as, but not limited to hydraulic oil and cleaning & plumbing chemicals.
