29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not provided, mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On August 14, 2012, and at times prior thereto, the portable fire extinguishers located throughout the Walmart Store #0945 had been taken down for painting and mounted without proper identification. The employees were exposed to burn hazards.
