29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Exit route(s) must be in proper working order at all times: On August 15, 2012, and at times prior thereto, freezer door to dairy area located in the south west central part of store, handle would stick and not open from inside the freezer not allowing employees to exit freely when handle was pushed. Employees were exposed to entrapment hazards.
