29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) Hickory Lane, Logan: Employees worked with and around materials such as, but not limited to, gasoline that was used to fuel Stihl and Husqvarna chainsaws and diesel fuel that was used to fuel Caterpillar excavators, and were not knowledgeable on the hazards associated with the use of the materials, as determined on August 3, 2012. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM
