29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a.) Seaward Marine Services, Inc., Shop Area, Break Room. On or about July 16, 2012 a Husky temporary flexible cord, 14 gauge, 125 volt, 15 amp, equipped with a three-way female attachment plug was being used in lieu of permanent wiring in that several appliances, a Toastmaster 2-slice toaster, Model T2020TW, 120volt, 850watt, a Infra-Chef sandwich oven, Model 1000, Serial No. 39771, and a Magic Chef Microwave, Model 100, 950 watt, were plugged into the cord and used by shop employees on a daily basis.
