29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(ii): Flexible cords were not used only in continuous lengths without splice or tap: Employees were exposed to electrical shock from flexible electrical cords where the exterior insulation was missing and there was no rubberized insulated tape present to cover the actual copper conductors: a. 110 volt, AC flexible electrical cord located in the workroom at the north end of the mechanic shop. b. 230 volt, DC flexible electrical cord located on the top of the magnet of the Sennebogan, Model Number 825.
