29 CFR 1926.451(b)(4): Each end of a platform, unless cleated or otherwise restrained by hooks or equivalent means, shall extend over the centerline of its support at least 6 inches (15 cm). a) Jobsite: 1824 Christian St, Philadelphia, PA. - On or about 5/29/12, the end of the platforms on the supported tubular welded frame scaffold did not extended over the centerline of their support by at least 6 inches. Employees were performing masonry operations from the 3rd working platform, approximately 18 ft. above ground level.
