29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. On or 05/09/2012, inspection of the work site located at 504 Frair Court, Sherwood, Missouri was not conducted by a competent person. On this date, one of the two employees who were sent to deliver roofing materials was electrocuted when the conveyer boom made contact with an over-head power line.
