29 CFR 1910.119(j)(6)(iii): The employer did not assure that maintenance materials, spare parts and equipment were suitable for the process application for which they were used: a)This condition was most recently observed at E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company, in Beaumont, TX, in the Aniline Unit, where the employer did not ensure that maintenance materials, spare parts and equipment were suitable for the process when the incorrect gasket was installed on the steam jet nozzle of a PSM critical vacuum jet and as a result, the Purge Column in the Aniline Unit over pressurize and relieve it's contents to atmosphere.
