29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v), on all open sides: Roof by Ammonia Refrigeration Condensors: At the time of the inspection, a portion of the guardrail was missing. The missing portion was between the 2 condensors which are less than 4 feet from the side of the roof. C & S Wholesale Grocer was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 310189519, Citation Number 02, Item Number 001, issued on 07/28/2008, with respect to a workplace located at 500 North Street, Windsor Locks, CT, which became final order on 04/01/2009.
