29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not deenergized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started: On March 27, 2012, at 221 Carey Lane, Friendswood, TX, employees were exposed to electrical hazards during tree trimming operations when an employee came into contact with a 72 KV transmission line while using an aluminum pole saw to trim limbs from a tree in a resident's backyard.
