29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, and receptacles located within 8 feet of the floor had live parts exposed to employee contact: a) Granite and Marble Designs LLC at 650 E 49th Ave, Denver, CO 80216: On and before March 16, 2012, the light fixtures inside the dry grind booth were less than 8 feet off the floor and had live parts exposed to employee contact. This condition potentially exposes employees to lacerations from broken glass and an electrical shock hazard. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet ).
