29 CFR 1910.1024(h)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each employee used appropriate personal protective clothing and equipment, in accordance with the written exposure control plan required under paragraph (f)(1) of this standard and OSHA's Personal Protective Equipment standards (29 CFR Part 1910 Subpart I), where there was a reasonable expectation of dermal contact with beryllium: Finishing area - On or about February 11, 2025, employees grinding and polishing a copper alloy containing 1.936% beryllium were exposed to dermal contact with beryllium, and the employer did not ensure that employees used appropriate protective clothing, foot coverings, and gloves.
