29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a. Mold Removal Department - On or about February 5, 2025, employees were exposed to trip/fall hazards due to objects such as parts, cords laying on the floor and in front of electrical disconnects. b. Foundry - On or about November 12, 2024, employees were exposed to trip/fall hazards due to objects stored on the floor in front of electrical disconnects.
