29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a. Mold Removal Department - On or about February 5, 2025, employees were exposed to trip/fall hazards due to objects such as parts, cords laying on the floor and in front of electrical disconnects. b. Finish Department - On or about February 5, 2025, employees were exposed to trip/fall hazards due to objects such as parts baskets laying on the floor. c. Foundry - On or about November 12, 2024, employees were exposed to trip/fall hazards due to objects stored on the floor in front of electrical disconnects and cords laying on the floor near the copper-beryllium alloy pot.
