29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) At 11325 County Road 44, Leesburg, FL 34788, Concrete Crusher Area; On or about 11-18-2024, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that the employer did not ensure the firew extinguisher in the Concrete Crusher Area near the fuel tank was unobstructed.
