29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that guardrails met the requirement that midrails that are installed at a height midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking-working surface. a) At 11325 County Road 44, Leesburg, FL 34788, Concrete Crusher Area, picker platform; On or about 11-18-2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 6 feet 10 inches, in that the mid rails were not installed as part of the guardrail system.
