29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not deenergized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started: a) Worksite, 12 Greene St. Catskill, NY 12414: On or about March 25, 2024, an employee was operating a Terex T780 80-ton truck crane to remove vegetation along the edge of a retaining wall and came in contact with overhead power lines. The overhead powerline was not deenergized and grounded.
