29 CFR 1910.180(d)(3): Frequent inspections were not performed to inspect for defects at intervals as defined in paragraph (d)(2)(i) of this section or as specifically indicated including observation during operation for any defects which might appear between regular inspections: a) Worksite, 12 Greene St. Catskill, NY 12414: On or about March 25, 2024, an employee was operating a Terex T780 80-ton truck crane to remove vegetation along the edge of a retaining wall. The employer did not conduct any inspections on the crane.
